Beauty Salon Policy

Below you will find a few major policy details you want to consider before booking. It is recommended clients view full policy before booking. Contact customer service for all questions, comments, or concerns.

•$25 Deposit REQUIRED to book services.

Deposits are applied to full service balance.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits  can only be transferred once based on rescheduling policy.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

 •Mobile Nail Service Travel fee 

Fee must be paid with deposit

Based off mileage from Covington, Ga

 0-15 Miles from tech location: $15 Fee

16-30 Miles from tech location: $25 Fee

30-60 Miles from tech location: $30 Fee

  • Booking 72  hours ahead of your appointment time is recommended .

  • Cancellations

​

If appointment is cancelled 24 hours or less before your appointment date, you will be charged 50% of your remaining balance. This fee must be paid before you can book another appointment.

Deposits are forfeited when appointments are cancelled.

  • Rescheduling 

Appointments can be rescheduled once and must be done 3 days before original service date.

​

​

  • Friendly reminders:

I do not work over other artist work.  New clients must come with bare nails or book a soak off for a fresh new set.
ALL NEW CLIENTS must sign a client health intake form, waiver, and privacy policy prior to receiving services.

No refunds, exchanges, or returns. No exceptions. 

​

​

  • Nail repairs

Nail repair are FREE for 3 days after service on a case by case basis. Nails must be assessed before a decision is made. Any sign of damage to nail plate will result in charge for repairs.

  You are charged 4$ per nail on 4th day.
